Mr. Zhou joined Hy Line in 2018. Prior to his current role, he accumulated extensive management experience across the global agribusiness sector, holding key positions at Tyson Foods, Cobb Vantress China, Big Dutchman, and Cargill Animal Protein.

Dr. Han Zhihui is a leading figure of the Chinese School of Brand Value and serves as an expert member of the Expert Committee on Agricultural Product Processing Industry under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

Dr. Han holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering, and has completed postdoctoral research in Business Administration with a focus on Consumer Big Data. He also serves as a Visiting Professor at several prestigious universities, including Shandong University, Tsinghua University, Sun Yat?sen University, and China Agricultural University.

He also holds numerous other positions, including standing committee member of the Strategic Committee of the China Animal Agriculture Association, president of the Layer Industry Branch of the China Animal Agriculture Association, adjunct professor at Renmin University of China, visiting professor at China Agricultural University, and president of the Hebei Provincial Association of Leading Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization.

The General Manager and Chairman of the Board of China Poultry Media (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., and serves as Director of the Industrial Information and Economic Research Office. His professional affiliations include membership on the Council of the China Society of Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Economics, as well as membership on the Council of the China Animal Agriculture Association (CAAA), where he also holds the positions of Vice President of the Layer Branch and Deputy Secretary General of the White Feathered Broiler Branch.
